Day 1: Arrival
Arrival in own direction by train or car to the hotel in the picturesque Fachwerkort Zierenberg
(free parking nearby Town hall).
Day 2: Hike from Zierenberg to Kassel
High above the blue stones on the Schreckenberg, continue into Dörnberggebiet, past the Helfensteinen on the plateau
of the High Dörnberg. About meadows on Katzenstein, then over at the hedgehog castle to the romantic stage scenery of the silver lake.
Through a hat landscape with wide view over Kassel to Hercules and the hotel (about 19 km, 770 Hm).
Day 3: Hike from Kassel to Bad Emstal
Descent through the Firnsbachtal and on through the valley of the Bauna to the tranquil village Hoof. Bergan to the ruin of
Schauenburg, along the foot of the Long Mountains, through the fairy tale forest to the castle ruin Falkenstein and further to the Altenburg.
Down to the Pfaffenholz to the valley of the springs and on to the hotel to Bad Emstal (about 22 km, 690 Hm).
Day 4: Hike from Bad Emstal to Naumburg
From Läuseküppel through forest at the foot of the Erzeberg, past an old quarry in a contemplative Bachtal with hat trees.
To the Naumburger waiting and descent to the Elbe. Past the Bildstein and on to the majestic Weidelsburg.
On the Burgberg in the medieval city Naumburg (about 22.5 km, 530 Hm).
Day 5: Hike from Naumburg to the Edersee
After the half-timbered town Naumburg it goes from the nature park Habichtswald in the nature park Kellerwald-Edersee over.
View of the castle perched on a hill on the Edersee Waldeck. Through the valley of the Netzte, along to Schloss and City walls in the picturesque old town. From the goat mountain in the natural forests of the Edersee steep slopes. After the devil ditch
Climb to the pulpit. The detour to Hermannshöhe do not leave out.
Continue to the barrier wall, the destination of the hike (about 22 km, 620 Hm).
Day 6: Journey home
Journey home or return to Zierenberg with Bus and train.
