Arrival at the Westerwald-Steig

By car or rail to the first hotel on the tour in Herborn, Hachenburg, Bad Marienberg or Weyerbusch (depending on the section booked)
Parking spaces at the hotels in some cases free of charge, in other cases subject to a fee (details in the travel documents).
Rail travellers may collected from the station or can take a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Departure from the Westerwald-Steig

By rail:
Return home from the railway station at the last stage of the respective tour (e.g. Bad Hönningen)

By car:
Two options for returning to your car:
a) by rail from Bad Hönningen to Herborn and to the hotel where you parked your car
b) comfortably by hiking shuttle bus back to Herborn, depending on the distance 80 – 180 EUR (up to 8 persons).
