Sofern Nutzer bei einem Dienst von Google registriert sind, kann Google den Besuch dem Nutzer-Account zuordnen und anwendungsübergreifend Nutzerprofile erstellen und auswerten.

Drittstaatentransfer: Die Einwilligung für „Google Tag“ umfasst auch die Einwilligung in eine mögliche Übermittlung der Daten in die USA. Die USA wird vom Europäischen Gerichtshof als ein Land ohne angemessenes Datenschutzniveau und ohne geeignete Garantien nach EU-Standards eingestuft. Es besteht insbesondere das Risiko, dass Ihre personenbezogenen Daten durch US-Behörden zu Kontroll- und Überwachungszwecken verarbeitet werden können, möglicherweise auch ohne die Möglichkeit, mittels eines Rechtsbehelfs einen Zugriff auf Daten zu verhindern oder die Rechtswidrigkeit des Zugriffs feststellen zu lassen. Außerdem kann nicht gewährleistet werden, dass Ihre Betroffenenrechte vollständig umgesetzt werden können und Aufsichtsbehörden in den USA entsprechend Abhilfe leisten werden.
